At Scott Roofing we pride ourselves on installing products from North Americas most trusted brands. Our wish is to assist our customers in making roof replacement project as simple as possible. We do this in 3 simple steps.

1. Site Visit: The first step of your replacement process is for a member of our knowledgeable estimating staff to visit your home. Once on site we will access the roof to obtain on site measurements to ensure the proposal you receive is accurate and fair. Don’t be fooled by roofing companies using “satellites” to measure your roof and then increasing the cost of your replacement during the project due to “obstructions” or “inaccuracies”. The price on our proposal is the price you pay. While on site we also want to be available to our customers to answer any questions regarding the process.

2. Proposal: Once a site visit is concluded our estimating staff will return to the office and create a personalized proposal. We typically will offer a few different options that work for the home which enables us to make sure we find the perfect shingle for our customers.

3. Installation: Once our proposals are executed the estimator that has been working with you since your first phone call will begin the installation process. Our estimating staff will order your roofing products, schedule an installation date, pull all necessary permits, schedule all necessary inspections and dispatch a crew to begin the replacement on your scheduled day. Having a single estimator assigned to projects ensures nothing “falls through the cracks”. Every question and concern can be voiced directly to your estimator whom is fully aware of your project and needs.

Here at Scott Roofing we work year round to continue to learn and accredit our employees with the most up to date technology and certifications. Please see some of our current prestigious award and certifications in residential roofing below.
